The Angel's exclusive antibacterial stainless steel gears slowly rotate at a low 86 RPM generating no heat or shock so you can get the highest quality extraction of nutrients and live enzymes with minimal oxidation. The Angel features a two-stage twin gear system for efficient juice extraction.
Stage One applies concentrated pressure to the fruit or vegetable. Stage two crushes and continuously grinds the fruit or vegetable creating very dry pulp and as a result - more juice. Vegetable Marrow Juice Extraction
Vegetable marrow is composed of the most intact nutrition extracted after delicately crushing the vegetable fibers. This type of nutrient plays a significant role in the curing and regeneration of diseased cells in the body. Vegetable marrow contains minerals, vitamins, enzymes, amino acids, complex carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, and other highly beneficial nutrients.
Various nutrients are located in the very deep intervals among the fruit and vegetable fibers. When juicing one should always ensure that the fibers are completely ground so that the enzymes and nutrients are totally separated. Angel's 6 Safety Features
Super Angel provides the following 6 safety features to extend the life span of juicers and, for safe operation by individual customers.
1. Safe Device for Twin Gear Operation : The twin gears do not run when the screen housing is not assembled with twin gears, even though the power ON.
2. Extra Rocker Switch : A extra rocker switch is located on the back of the main motor base unit and it controls the main switch panel located on the side of the machine.
3. Automatic Heat Sensor : The automatic motor thermostat prevents the motor from overheating.

4. Motor Gear Protection : In order to protect the motor from unexpected sudden stop of twin gears by accidentally putting knife, fork, metal stick, chop stick, wooden piece into the feeding chute, the speed reducer gear intercepts the impact of sudden stop before the main motor gear.
5. Reinforcement of Switch Panel : It has a double protection around the switch panel to prevent any electricity leakage.
6. Insulation Protection : It has double protected by insulation between the main housing unit and the internal motor to prevent any electric shock.

Soy Milk
How to Make Soy Milk (Soy Bean Juicing).
1. Wash your soy bean.
2. Boil soy bean with water (Ratio of Soy bean 1 : Water 4) for about 5 to 6
minutes.
3. Place a juice tub under the juice outlet. (a pulp collector under the pulp
outlet)
4. Turn switch(power) ON.
5. Put the boiled soy beans into the feeding chute a little at a time with a small amount of above boiled
water (Ratio of Boiled Soy Bean 1 spoon : Boiled Water 4 spoons)
6. Turn switch(power) OFF.
7. Ready to serve.
8. After done, please do not forget to clean machine parts.
Nut Butters
1. Soak nuts in the water for 6 to 12 hours. For peanuts, if peanuts are not
dry condition, you can try without soaking in the water.
2. Drain nuts.
3. Place a juice tub under the juice outlet. (a pulp collector under the pulp
outlet)
4. Turn switch(power) ON.
5. Put nuts into the feeding chute a little at a time. If needed, feed nuts with a small amount of water.
6. You may not get the result as Nut Butter at the first run. Then, put it into the feeding chute again.
Please repeat 3 to 4 times and you will get the better result.
7. Turn switch(power) OFF.
8. Please do not forget to clean machine parts right after use (before the sticky nut butters get dried).
It is very important.
Grinding Beans & Grains
1. Soak grains or beans in water for 6 hours or more.
2. Drain the grains or beans.
3. Place a juice tub under the juice outlet.
(a pulp collector under the pulp outlet)
4. Turn switch(power) ON.
5. Put the grains or beans into the feeding chute a little at a time, If needed,
feed grains or beans with a small amount of water.
6. Turn switch(power) OFF.
7. When finished , remember to clean the machine parts.
